It was a well-kept hotel in a really quiet area, close enough to Portugal and gardens and outskirts of Sintra. The location was quiet and stunning - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the property was 2 miles away from a best-preserved medieval royal residence👍

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a peaceful village called Casa De Santo Amaro. The owner and breakfast hostess were so kind and welcoming, making my stay feel like home. The spacious room and two outdoor areas were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the quality-built home, inspired by the historic style of Sintra. Definitely a place to come back to!

We encountered difficulty finding the guesthouse initially, as it was not accurately shown on Google maps. However, after contacting the host, we were able to resolve this issue and find our way.

We had an incredible stay at Casa De Santo Amaro Bed & Breakfast. the owner was lovely and made us feel right at home. the spacious room, designed in the historic style of the area, was very cozy and comfortable. the two outdoor areas were perfect for enjoying the peaceful country surroundings. And the breakfast on the terrace was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this beautiful and charming family-owned bed and breakfast. Cons: Cannot find any fault 😊.

The double room at Casa De Santo Amaro was absolutely fantastic! The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views of Sintra. I loved that the room had a tumble dryer and dining area. It made it so convenient to have a quick snack or dry our clothes after a day of exploring. The hot tub in the room was an amazing bonus! It was such a treat to relax and unwind after a long day of trekking. The soundproofing in the room was a pleasant surprise. We were able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances from outside noise. Wearing the bathrobe provided in the room made me feel like I was being pampered. It added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Personally, I found the hot tub to be a bit small. However, I understand that others might still enjoy it for a quick soak.
